    Chapter 1

It all started with an unsolved question.

Why was the three-letter name “Yoon Hyun-woo” completely missing from the list of historical Formula 1 fatal accidents?

Was that all? You couldn’t find his name on the list of past drivers either.

It was as if he had never existed from the start, his history entirely erased from that world.

    Why on earth…?

In Yoon I-seo’s world, that name was the only thing that remained massive and present. She had studied with that name as her stepping stone and lived her life leaning on it.

Yet, they wiped away his traces over there?

Why really? What was the reason? What on earth went wrong?

An unbearable curiosity flared up like a wildfire, but as always, her desire to know quickly cooled down. Still, there was just one thing she wanted to confirm.

Whether her older brother truly existed in that world.

A single sentence from someone who remembered him would have been enough—a word saying they knew Yoon Hyun-woo, that such a person existed, and that it was a great shame because he was a wonderful driver. For I-seo, that single statement was all she needed.

“Attorney Yoon I-seo, are you more interested in racing than you look?”

Beyond his shirt, unbuttoned down to just above his solar plexus, the man tantalizingly revealed his finely sculpted chest as he took a sip and emptied his glass. The casual gesture of setting the empty glass down on the table was seductive in itself.

    Clinking.

It was a moment when even the sound of the ice in his glass felt sticky and thick.

“Or are you just really interested in me?”

A familiar heat swirled in the gaze he cast at I-seo as he turned his head languidly. At that sight, I-seo swallowed hard and poked out her tongue, slowly sweeping across her dry, rough lower lip.

The man’s gaze deepened a bit more.

    “…So.”

The man took a step toward her.

    One, two, three.

As his tall, sturdy frame drew closer, I-seo shrank her shoulders in surprise as her back touched the cold metallic art wall behind her.

“What else are you curious about?”

The ice-cold wall sent a chill down her spine. But far from pulling away, she had to press her body against the wall as if trying to dig into it. That was because the man—standing so close he radiated heat, almost touching her—leaned one arm against the wall and stared intently at her face.

    “Tell me.”

His pitch-black eyes licked down the bridge of her small nose, rested briefly on her lips, and then met her eyes again. The leisurely movement of his gaze, like someone enjoying a stroll, stirred up an erotic feeling.

“Racing? Or me. Which one are you more curious about?”

    “…”

    That wasn’t it.

She had zero interest in racing to begin with, and he couldn’t possibly be her center of interest. They belonged to completely different worlds.

So, her only concern was the existence of her brother, Yoon Hyun-woo, who died while driving in first place in the Grand Prix ten years ago—the very race this man won.

However, she couldn’t speak that truth out loud.

Of course, that didn’t mean that was the only reason she had followed him all the way here.

This man, who shouldn’t be the center of her interest—it was also true that she felt drawn to him.

He was a truly strange man.

No matter what he did, how he looked, or where he was, didn’t he sparkle brightly? Like a brilliant star fixed in the night sky, he was a man who emitted a faint yet mysterious light.

Perhaps that was why. Forgetting her initial purpose, a curiosity she hadn’t possessed began to bubble up.

A pleasant scent drifted from the man who stood close to her. His eyes, reflecting her dark figure, were excessively deep, intense, and beautiful.

Gazer intently up into those dark eyes that resembled the deep night, I-seo blinked her eyelids slowly and lowered her gaze.

The man’s sharp nose, his sensuous lips, and his masculine jawline caught her eye one after another. Never in her life had she seen someone with such beautiful lines.

Though “beautiful” might seem unfitting for a man so large and intimidating that just looking at him felt overwhelming, no other word came to mind.

To think an attorney’s vocabulary level is like this…

While lamenting internally, I-seo’s gaze didn’t stop; it left his solid jaw, moved down his elegant neck, to his collarbones, and continuously beyond the open collar of his shirt.

At that moment, the man’s Adam’s apple bobbed prominently, and the tip of his finger touched I-seo’s chin.

“You called me a slut before.”

The finger gently lifting her chin was surprisingly hot. I-seo opened her eyes wide and met his gaze once more.

“Why are you stealing glances at a slut as if he looks so delicious?”

    “Because… you’re pretty.”

It was a total disaster. She couldn’t believe the word that slipped out of her mouth unawares was “pretty.” Calling a man pretty, calling him pretty in a situation like this!

It seemed the man found her words equally absurd, as he turned his face to the side and let out a soft laugh.

“In all my life, this is the first time I’ve heard someone call me pretty.”

Then, meeting her eyes straight on again, he tilted his head sideways and asked:

“So what, am I a pretty slut?”

    “…”

“What part of me is pretty?”

    “…”

    “My collarbones?”

Unlike I-seo, who could only blink her eyes in fluster, the man had a very serious expression. His slightly lowered eyes were arrogant yet seductive—and at the same time, infinitely rebellious.

    “Or is my chest pretty?”

    “Your lips…”

Once again, the answer blurted out recklessly. Though she had looked at his chest the longest, she couldn’t bring herself to say that his chest was really pretty.

    “Ah, my lips.”

At her answer, one corner of the man’s mouth twisted slanting upwards. Still wearing an arrogant face, the man gently caressed the tip of her chin.

“Everyone says that. They say they want to suck them, or they want them sucked.”

In an instant, the countless women who must have passed by this man flashed through I-seo’s mind like a panorama. Looking at I-seo’s brow, which had furrowed on its own, the man smiled bitterly.

“Why the face? What, a slut is a slut after all?”

Reflecting once more on his reputation that I-seo had told him about before, the man scowled as if feeling wronged.

“That’s harsh. Thinking like that while standing here with me like this.”

Staring up at him, I-seo talked back:

“You are a slut, aren’t you?”

    “Right, a slut.”

Because he admitted it so readily, her heart stung for a moment as if pierced by an awl. She even hesitated, wondering if she should shake off his hand and leave right now.

Yet, the reason she stayed still… was because she couldn’t understand why she was feeling this way at all.

What did it matter whether this man was a slut or not?

    And yet, she thought again:

For a slut… why are his eyes so tender?

For a slut… why are his fingertips so hot?

    For a slut… why…

“I am a slut, but I’m an unused one.”

    “…?”

“Even sluts can be like that. Someone might be such a neat freak that they hate dipping their feet into the rag bucket.”

    I-seo’s eyes widened in surprise.

    “So tell me.”

Smiling softly, the man gently touched just below her lower lip with the finger that was caressing her chin. Feeling a strange, subtle sensation, I-seo licked the inside of her lip with the tip of her tongue.

Watching that intently, the man asked:

“Which side is our Attorney Yoon I-seo on?”

    “Which… side?”

“Are you on the side that wants to suck, or the side that wants to be sucked?”

In her heart, she wanted to ask what exactly an “unused slut” meant. But her treacherous lips stubbornly spat out different words.

    “…Both?”

    “You’re greedier than you look.”

Chuckling, the man applied a little more force to the hand opening her lips. Between her parted lips, her red tongue revealed its delicate form, trembling softly.

    “Good.”

Gazing quietly at it, the man wetted his own lips with his tongue, tilted his head further, and brought his face closer.

    “Go ahead and try sucking.”

The man’s warm breath crossed through her parted lips and flowed in.

“If you do it well, I’ll give you a reward.”

As the man’s hot lips overlapped between hers, her upper lip was drawn in deep. Soon after, his thick tongue was taken into her mouth like candy.

Ah, what do I do? This wasn’t what I intended.

Softly wrapping around the hot, writhing flesh, I-seo closed both of her eyes tightly.
