The Love Potion Is Fake

Synopsis

I woke up in the morning after drinking way too much alcohol.

…I had lived with my own feet for 23 years, and I definitely only had two feet.

“Then… whose feet are the other two?”

I was in an unfamiliar place, and my memories of last night were completely blank. With my heart pounding, I slowly turned my head.

There was a man lying beside me, barely dressed…

Was that… Duke Penminid?

“This is a disaster.”

He was a brutal war hero who could cut off someone’s head as easily as cutting grass. The only person who stood above him was the Emperor. Everyone else had to crawl at his feet.

His title was Grand Duke, so even his extremely arrogant words made sense.

But why was this a disaster?

Because the Grand Duke had once declared with a cold, hateful expression:

“I will wipe out the Talpiot family for creating such a filthy potion as a love potion!”

And guess what?

I am the heir to the Talpiot family!

What are my options in this situation?

One: Run away first and ask questions later.

Two: I need to keep my head attached to my body if I want to explain myself. So, run away!

Three: Whatever happens, just run!

…Out of a hundred possible choices, waiting for this man to wake up was not one of them.

“Let’s get out of here!”

“Date me.”

The Grand Duke held out a black diamond and started talking nonsense.

…Why are you doing this to me?

“Your Grace, having fun together and then parting ways peacefully! That’s what you call a grown-up relationship, right? Obsession? Let’s leave that out of it.”

But when I firmly rejected him, the Grand Duke simply curled his lips into an evil smile.

“Obsession? If that’s what you want, I can do that too.”
